Step inside the largest car dealership in South Florida, the newly renovated Toyota of Hollywood. It’s been around since 1977, but it’s never been this big. The dealership is now 408 thousand square feet and the showroom is essentially the length of the football field. And General Manager Steve Ostrov is excited about all of it.
“After 35 years in business, Toyota of Hollywood is finally able to give our longtime customers, our new customers, a first-class, state-of-the-art experience which is incredible,” Ostrov said.
There’s a VIP area for long time customers, 25 service stations to process your paperwork, an ultra-comfortable customer service lounge with plenty of TVs, and cars. So many cars. In fact, Toyota of Hollywood has between 15 hundred and two thousand cars at the dealership at any time.
So clearly this is a great place to get a car, and there are tons of cars to choose from, but you can’t do all this shopping on an empty stomach.
It’s only fitting that a place with so many cars would also have a Subway, plus Italian food. And then there’s the live music and the retail parts department, where you can buy sunglasses, watches and more. But above all else, it’s the customer experience that sets it apart.
“I love it. It’s the new mansion of Hollywood. The place looks so beautiful, personnel, everybody is very helpful. I came here really to program a key for my old Toyota Sienna, and I ended up buying a car,” customer Sammy Tillawi said.
Toyota of Hollywood is open seven days a week and stays open until midnight. Plus, the dealership is always running specials and deals.
